Shipping Options
We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:
Within Korea: CJ Logistics and Korea Post.
Free standard delivery (2–4 business days).
International: DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Delivery rates vary depending on order quantity. Estimated delivery time: 8–10 business days
- Orders over $300: free shipping
- Orders $200–299: $25 shipping fee
- Orders under $200: $35 shipping fee
We also offer last-minute overnight shipping for an additional $150.
Please note that delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance, local holidays, or courier delays may extend shipping times.
Returns & Exchanges
We encourage mindful shopping to help reduce returns and minimize environmental impact. Choosing the correct size not only saves you time but also supports a more sustainable future. Please refer to sizing charts provided under each product description.

You have 20 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Exchanges are free of charge (subject to availability).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for refunds.

All returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached to be eligible.

Customers outside Korea are responsible for any applicable customs duties or fees for returns.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval of your refund or confirmation of your exchange.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction after approval.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@pearlyjams.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll assist you promptly.
Additional Notes

Lost or stolen packages: Once an order is marked delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please contact the courier directly using your tracking number for delivery issues.

Refused or unclaimed packages: If a package is refused at delivery or unclaimed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Packaging for returns: Items must be securely packaged. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged in transit due to improper packaging.
