PEARLYjams (operated by FERNANDES ENTERPRISE LLC., hereinafter “the Company”) values the privacy of its customers and complies with the relevant laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. The Company has established and publicly disclosed the following privacy policy.

   2. Purpose: Product announcements, events, discounts (only with user consent)

※ The Company does not collect sensitive information such as race, political opinions, or health information.

4. Retention and Use Period

• Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection is achieved.
• However, it may be retained for a certain period as required by law:
  • Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
  • Records of payment and delivery of goods: 5 years
  • Records of consumer complaints and dispute handling: 3 years

5. Personal Information for Non-Member Orders

Non-members must provide minimal personal information (name, address, contact information) for order and delivery purposes. This information will not be used for purposes other than order processing.

13. Personal Information of Children Under 14

• The Company does not collect personal information from children under 14 as a general rule.
• If collection is unavoidable, parental consent will be obtained.

14. Limitation on Marketing Communications

• If a user opts out of receiving marketing communications, the Company will immediately stop sending them.
• Marketing emails are labeled with “(Advertisement)” and include instructions for opting out.

15. International Transfer

The Company provides shipping to international destinations. In order to process orders, deliver products, and provide customer support, certain personal information may be transferred to and stored in servers located outside of South Korea. The Company ensures that any international transfer of personal information is conducted securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
